The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are to provide charitable assistance to the Vietnamese college student community. The means of providing such assistance includes, but is not limited to, offering free, collective resources about available tutoring services, scholarship programs, affordable housing, affordable transportation, etc. as well as offering free to low-cost assistance to obtain such services for the needy.

 V-Future will offer an open forum via its website as the place for students to access and exchange the above collective resources. Our charitable services serve one main goal which is to promote Vietnamese students’ ability to achieve academic success while minimizing living expenses and other financial challenges.

Company will operate via engaging financial support as well as operational supports from U.S. corporations, private foundations, and other non-profit partners, who are prominently active in the Vietnamese community, in the form of funding to support its operations, or sponsorship of scholarship programs for its members. Via these networks, V-Future wants to raise awareness of the group and its underlying motto of "Vietnamese helping Vietnamese". By doing this, the corporation’s greater purposes are to contribute to the building of a stronger Vietnamese community in the U.S. and further building a more prosperous Vietnam.
